Hey people!

I sent an email to Anet to get this up on Guildwars.com over the wintersday period so it can get even more coverage!

I hope it helps! ^_^

No problem Minami,

I'm sure whatever you come up with will be really great and yeah, I hate redoing stuff too. The details look really nice by the way. Lot's of people like details.

Actually, with the mistletoe idea that Chyminy mentioned...their poses look like Dwayna would be saying "Awwwww, give me a kiss!" XD

lol you're right Verene

If my idea doesn't work out, I'll make the mistletoe one

What do you guys think I should put in the background?
Everything is white >_<
Something nice and simple that doesn't distract from the scene itself.

Kidding. But seriously, I think it should be rather light in color. Not a solid background picture, just enough to fill the empty space a bit. Maybe something like the rings at the Dwayna vs Grenth showdown under them?

LOL Kiya that made me laugh

Anyone knows a reference pic of those rings?
I simply can't remember what they look like

I thought I had some better pics of them but here is something to start with.

A previous entry by my husband, its got the ring on there a bit clearer.

Ooo cool, thanks Kiya!

I was looking through my screenies and found some pics, but they were all from 2 years ago where all the presents dropped on the ground, not straight in your inventory, and of course I could only see bits of the circles everything else was covered in presents

Ahhh... remember the laaaag.... >_<

Thanks, Daniel, that's very gracious of you!!
Maybe more Lurkers will transform into Posters once the exam-season is over and done with.
For me that is tomorrow! Wish me luck, plz! >.<' *so nervous*

Minami: with the success of your illustration so far, it would be really cool if you made the gift Dwayna hands over something original, fun and maybe strange. I can't think of anything right now, maybe you can? XD Wait, haha, miniature Polar Bear got a nice reference to Makani's winning comic strip last year. (click me)

Kiya: mini fungal looks SO cool! I love the fabric you chose for him, really nice work with the claws and horns too. Looks excellent!

Oh phooey. I was basing my naga off the picture the Naga Raincaller has since the wiki said it was based off that one when the real miniature is actually based off this one which is different in color and spikes.

Edit: So after wandering around the game looking at all the nagas, the miniature seems to be the model of the Naga Ritualist, but is named Naga Raincaller.

I'm still going to finish my brown naga. And give it a bow and bells to match my other wintersday pets.

So it's a Wintersday Naga Raincaller plushie then. It doesn't have to be the same as the in-game minipet. :P

I can't wait for Wintersday to begin, btw!

This being Grenth, a Mini-Dhumm would seem rather fitting. Especially as that would make Dwayna seem totally oblivious.

Mini Dhuum with a nice red bow around his neck, and a frilly gift tag hanging down saying "to: Grenth <3" *lol*

*goes to look at what mini Dhuum looks like... *

Love all you guys' ideas ^_^

I don't think I'll be making Dhuum as detailed as the other too
He'll be too tiny for that, and it'll get all lost, no?

But then again, I didn't originally plan much details for Dwayna and Grenth either :P

Ooookkkkay, here's mini Dhuum, and a little sharper details for Dwayna too...
The placement of the figures is not right, gotta drag the layers to the right place, but otherwise it's shaping up nicely ^_^

Hope you like it

I like it! I think the scythe head is slightly more green, though, in the game.
